Questions are collected throughout each session and answered in themed blocks, so the teaching keeps its rhythm and nothing worthwhile is lost.

After registration you complete a short learner profile, and we place you in a small POD discussion group with a sensible mix of experience levels.
Question clinics
Anything we cannot reach live is carried into post-session question clinics and follow-up notes — asked is answered.

How does Q&A work with a 250-person cohort?
Questions are collected and answered in moderated, themed blocks during each session. You also join a structured POD discussion group, and anything left over is carried into post-session question clinics.
Do I need Primavera P6 installed?
No. You can watch the live build on screen. If you want to follow along, the setup guide explains legitimate access routes.
Is it suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. The first session assumes no prior P6 knowledge. The second session then gives you the theory self-taught users often miss.
Will recordings be available?
The strongest experience is live — that is where the Q&A, PODs and clinics happen. Any recording access is confirmed with registered learners by email.
