How we handle your information.
This notice explains what The True Troop Consulting Ltd collects when you register for P6 Foundations Live, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, a phone number.
- Your optional learner profile: P6 proficiency, readiness answers, time zone, availability, role, sector and any support requirements you share.
- Basic technical information with your registration, such as a securely hashed network identifier used only for abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To reserve your seat and send joining instructions and course materials.
- To organise POD discussion groups and support your participation.
- To follow up about the course and, where you have consented, relevant P6 Pro Academy programmes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Where it is stored
Registrations are stored in our secured course database (hosted by Supabase) and synchronised to our customer-relationship system for email delivery. Access is restricted, and every table is protected with row-level security.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe route.
- You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your registration data at any time via the contact route at home.thetruetroop.com.
